exactly right..I create my life. I am responsible for who I am in relationship with, I am responsible for all the ways I dont place in boundaries and protect them, I am responsible for ..all the things. This is what is so powerful about the UPLV system I bring to my clients because it takes us through the emotion, the ego of it all, the processing, THEN OWNERSHIP..... then gratitude. it is sssooo gggooooddd and freeing. Gets us out of the loop that many people are in of the blame cycle
