The pot of gold at the end of every man's rainbow

Today I had the absolute privilege of being invited to share with a group of men whom are inside of Alex Mischka”s Dark Lover program.

By the time the 2 hrs were up, I had mascara running underneath my eyes and my heart was so incredibly full by what transpired and what was shared i such a safe and sacred space.

It is always such a honour to be a part of such spaces.

One of the topics that arose was freedom ( of course ) as it is a mans deepest desire in life.

Freedom is being sought by men in all areas, least of all ejaculation. The small death after the chaos of arousal, turn on and beauty is so f*cking desirable that for some men this becomes utopia.

A man’s system is more directive than a woman’s. And he needs less clutter to penetrate through life. He needs more freedom from hindrance to do what he requires to do.

A man’s brain tracks whilst a woman’s brain collects, and we can also view the freedom needed to move forward from the brain’s perspective.

Men require silence, (freedom) to not only build testosterone but to dig deeper into themselves to find truth.

So many aspect of a mans construct needs freedom in many different ways to get to the depth of who they are.

In relationship it can be that men seem to be often trying to free themselves from the space, the noise, the demand, the co existing…..etc etc etc…

Yet there is a nuance that is so often missed which can create the need to “ru” “move” “leave” or “check out” that women experience from their partners.

Whilst men are needing freedom from the chaos, woman in the same space are needing their hearts to be set free.

And when a man is able to set his lovers heart free in the moment, he in turn gains the freedom his system so desperately needs and connection is fostered.

This one practice is a game changer.

And as was spoken in todays call, it is a practice.

Not one person gets anything right, each time.

I certainly do not.

We are always in practice.
